SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

E-Mail Orders Accepted:  Please note details required in order under TERMS: Visa or MasterCard

TERMS: Our terms are payment with order prior to shipment.
Please include check, money order, or bank draft.  MasterCard and Visa accepted -- please 
include your card number and expiration date.  C.O.D. is acceptable (additional charge will apply).

CARRIERS: We ship U.S.P.S.   Please include your street address.  

DELIVERY TIME: Please allow 10 to 14 days for expected delivery. We ship within 3 days of
receiving your order unless we are out of stock on an item.

GUARANTEE: We have an unconditional money-back guarantee on return of any product packaged
as sold by us.

DAMAGED GOODS: If you have a damage or lost goods claim, please notify us immediately.  Any
damaged merchandise should be returned to us for exchange and refund of shipping charges.

PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. We are updating, these prices

are current as of 1997!

BACK ORDERS: We do not back order.  We will enclose a refund for out-of-stock items or apply
credit to your next order.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Please indicate when second choices are acceptable.  For example, if you
order House Blend but would be just as satisfied with Guatemalan, please note this on your
order.
